Suspension Units
Shock absorbers have spring, damper, and bearing functionality
With their unique principles and construction, these multipurpose, versatile shock absorbers simultaneously combine the functions of spring, damper, and bearing in one unit. They are composed of metal inner and outer shells and a cylindrical column of rubber. The cylindrical rubber is press-fitted into the inner and outer shells, which have a displacement of 45°. With non-linear spring characteristics, the cylindrical rubber is compressed as it rolls, actuating it, which reliably transmits rocking motion while simultaneously absorbing vibration and noise. With little deformation over time, it boasts excellent durability under heavy loads.

The DR models are the basic standard ROSTA rubber springs. Choose a combination of metal outer shell and metal or aluminum alloy inner shell for your application and mounting method. They can be used for an assortment of applications, including disc springs for general machinery, elastic guides, tensioners, and flexible stoppers.
The outer shell is a cylindrical aluminum alloy. The inner shell is a metal hollow square or aluminum alloy. It can be locked at any position on a full 360°of rotation. They can be used for an assortment of applications, including disc springs for general machinery, elastic guides, tensioners, and flexible stoppers.
These models connect two basic standard ROSTA rubber springs. They have an aluminum alloy outer shell and a metal or aluminum alloy inner shell. This model links two springs, so it has a big rated torsion angle of 60°. They can be used for an assortment of applications, including disc springs for general machinery, elastic guides, tensioners, and flexible stoppers.
