RUBBER SPRING ROSTA
With their unique principles and construction, these multipurpose, versatile shock absorbers simultaneously combine the functions of spring, damper, and bearing in one unit. They are constructed of metal inner and outer shells and a cylindrical column of rubber. The cylindrical rubber is press-fitted into the inner and outer shells, which have a displacement of 45°. This suspension unit is the basic component for tensioners, rocking mounts, anti-vibration mounts, and suspension units for all manner of industrial machinery.
RUBBER SPRING ROSTA
Suspension Units
With their unique principles and construction, these multipurpose, versatile shock absorbers simultaneously combine the functions of spring, damper, and bearing in one unit. The cylindrical rubber is compressed as it rolls, actuating it, which reliably transmits rocking motion while simultaneously absorbing vibration and noise. With little deformation over time, it boasts excellent durability under heavy loads.
Tensioners
An arm is mounted on a suspension unit and rollers and sprockets are set, enabling use in tensioning, as a pressure roller, and as a damper. With a flanged outer shell and mount that secures with a single bolt, it is easy to set.
Anti-vibration Mountings
These mounts control vibration in all manner of mechanical equipment. They can be installed in any direction and handle loads in the left, right, up, down, front and back directions.
Rocking Mountings
The rocking mounts and rocking drive heads that are used to build oscillating conveyors and vibration sieving machines can be constructed with suspension units. They efficiently transmit the exciting force of an oscillating conveyor of the exciting type that uses a crank motion, a vibration sieving machine that uses a vibrating motor, or the like, while absorbing vibration traveling to the outside.
