Belt-type Stepless Speed Changer Units

Stepless speed changer units use variable-speed pulleys

These units change speeds without changing the distance between shafts by making the belt pitch diameter of one variable-speed pulley track the belt pitch diameter of another variable-speed pulley when its belt pitch diameter is changed. Since speed can be changed without changing the distance between shafts, more compact designs are possible, mounting is simple, and ease of use is exceptional. They can be combined with motor/speed reducer and electromagnetic clutches and brakes can also be built in. These units are easy to maintain and belt-type power transmission is efficient, helping to save energy.

ANW (NHN/PMN) Types

These models combine ANS model speed changers with motors and worm reducers. The appropriate output RPM is obtained using the speed change mechanism.There is a full line-up of shapes, including horizontal and vertical, so installations are easy to design.

ACW Models

These are models that combine an ANS model speed changer with an electromagnetic clutch/brake, motor, and worm reducer. They are a compact design that incorporates an electromagnetic clutch in the driven speed-change pulley and an electromagnetic brake on the worm reducer input shaft.Combining with a worm reducer enables the optimum output RPM, while the electromagnetic clutch and brake enable simple start/stop, positioning, inching, and intermittent operation.

ANB Models

These are stepless speed changers that incorporate a motor and a worm reducer into a PDS model speed changer on a bed.The PDG-BSN is the standard model, but a brake motor can be used for the motor, the output shaft of the speed reducer can be faced upwards, a two-stage worm reducer can be used, or a variety of other changes can be made.
